Last Friday the 13th, a 15 year old white female student was beaten in the face by a 14 year old male student on her bus trip home from a Hazelwood school. The male student did not even belong on that bus. The victim’s parents were allowed to view the bus video but the district refuses to release the video even to police without a subpoena. What do you suppose they are trying to hide?
The victim’s mother describes the attack she saw on the surveillance tape and the girl’s injuries are shown in this television video. No description or name of the attacker is yet available.
This says that the 14 year old male had a 15 year old female accomplice in bullying that was suspended but not arrested. Neither of them belonged on that bus.

Surveillance footage shows Officer Adam Stoddard removing handwritten notes from a defense attorney’s papers during court. A Maricopa County detention officer was found in contempt of court for taking documents out of defense attorney Joanne Cuccia’s files as she was addressing the court at a sentencing hearing for her client, Antonio Lozano.(no audio)
PHOENIX — A Maricopa County Sheriff’s detention officer has been found in contempt of court for walking up to an attorney’s desk in a Phoenix courtroom and removing a document from files sitting on the desk.
Courtroom video recorded the October 19 incident during the sentencing of an inmate.
In the video, you can see Detention Officer Adam Stoddard walk up behind the public defender and touch her paperwork.
About 30 seconds later, Stoddard calls another officer over and takes a piece of paper.
You can hear the public defender, Joanne Cuccia, say in confusion, “would you excuse me for a moment?”
That’s when Cuccia starts defending herself saying all of the paperwork she got from her client was through jail mail.
“I want to know what they took and what’s going on,” Cuccia says.
Several times, you can hear the judge asking what happened.
“But you don’t get to do that,” Cuccia says.
Stoddard now has until November 30 to comply with a judge’s orders.
He is required to report to jail on December 1 unless the conditions set by the judge are met.
Those conditions are:
1) On or before November 30th, 2009, at a time convenient for Ms. Cuccia, a news conference to take place in the plaza on the north side of the central court building where he is to give Ms. Cuccia a sincere verbal and written apology for invading her defense file and for the damage that his conduct may have caused to her professional reputation.
2) If at the news conference, Ms. Cuccia does not state that the apology is sufficient, Stoddard will report to the jail on December 1, 2009 and be detained until further order upon a finding that he has complied with the purge clause.
“She’s going to decide if Officer Stoddard is going to go to jail on December 1st? You know what? That’s nuts. That’s absolutely nuts,” said deputy county attorney Tom Liddy.
Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio responded to the ruling early Wednesday, saying Superior Court judges do not order his staff to hold press conferences.
“I decide who holds press conferences and when they are held regarding this Sheriffs Office, Arpaio said. “My officer was doing his job and I will not stand by and allow him to be thrown to the wolves by the courts because they feel pressure from the media on this situation.”
Liddy explained that Stoddard will not do a press conference.
“If you’re waiting for a press conference don’t hold your breath,” said Liddy. “If judge Donahoe wants to have a press conference, your honor knock yourself out, but you can’t order someone else to do it.”
Earlier this month, Stoddard explained to a judge why he took the document.
The deputy said four key words on the paperwork made him decide to take it and make copies.
He said the words were ‘going to,’ ’steal’ and ‘money.’
The deputy also said he decided to take the paperwork because he hadn’t had a chance to search it before the trial.
In a written statement, MCSO officials earlier said their officers have the right to search for contraband.
But the video reveals that the only thing taken was paperwork.

Dante Parrish has already served 10 years for second degree murder. He was released this past January. He’s now being held without bail.
The man sought by police for the brutal rape and murder of a Baltimore City teen confesses to the crime following his capture.
A family pleaded for him to turn himself in, federal and local police searched for him, and as Kelly McPherson reports Friday morning, the man wanted in the brutal killing of a teen was found outside a convenience store.
Many of the family members are simply exhausted after this week of going through the crime, the manhunt and now the capture, but they say they are at peace knowing the man they know is guilty is behind bars.
A convicted murderer and suspected rapist and murderer of a 15-year-old boy is back in police custody.
Dante Parrish is being charged with assaulting, sodomizing and killing Jason Madison.
The teen’s body was found stuffed in his aunt’s bedroom closet. Blood and box cutters were left nearby.

Lopez jumped from one talking point to the next, with no transitions and in no discernible order. From start to finish, Lopez appeared to never ask a question for which he didn’t already know the answer.
TBS made TV history on Monday with the premiere of “Lopez Tonight,” a late-night talkfest with a Chicano host. And just in case you didn’t realize it, George Lopez hit you over the head with that information roughly every 90 seconds.
The new nightly show recognizes the changing demos of the U.S. population, a point Lopez punctuated with opening night guests Eva Longoria Parker, NBA star Kobe Bryant and music legend Carlos Santana (along with a near-cameo appearance by Ellen DeGeneres in bed clothes).
Ethnicity is the be all and end all in most of Lopez’s standup material — and the bulk of Monday night’s opening monologue — but it threatens to choke the life out of his talk show. It’s one thing to have a diverse guest list and quite another to hail every guest appearance as a testimonial to the concept.

“…the labour force from his 18 children is not enough to produce enough food for his expanding family.”
Kampala — AT 36, he appears worn out and twice his age. Sunrise comes when he has already made several turns in the garden yet the labour force from his 18 children is not enough to produce enough food for his expanding family.
It is pathetic but Barnabas Okipi, a peasant in Soroti, symbolises the fertility rates now raising eyebrows.
Providing for his many children weighs hard on him and yet he is not willing to stop producing children. At his age, he is capable of doubling the number of children he already has.
Ugandan’s current population is 31.2 million and the fertility rate s 6.7 children per woman. The population is expected to have doubled by 2037 to 88.8million.
Comparative fertility rates show that Uganda has the highest population growth rate compared to Kenya-(4.7), Tanzania-(5.7), Malawi-(6.0) and Rwanda-(6.1). Presenting the findings on international population and development-plan of action at Soroti Hotel, Seth Wabende, the administrator of the National Planning Authority, said: “The population will grow rapidly due to high fertility. However, it will grow slowly if fertility declines in the coming decades.”
According to a report from the Population secretariat, rapid population growth in rural areas hinders modernisation and has led to deforestation and land fragmentation.

There goes CNN’s last credible news anchor.
Longtime CNN anchor Lou Dobbs announces that he will be leaving the network. The only person with a brain on the Communist News Network. He left because he was embarrassed at what a joke CNN has become. I loved how he pissed of the illegals and La Raza scum.

A prominent Columbia architecture professor punched a female university employee in the face at a Harlem bar during a heated argument about race relations, cops said yesterday.
Police busted Lionel McIntyre, 59, for assault yesterday after his bruised victim, Camille Davis, filed charges.
McIntyre and Davis, who works as a production manager in the school’s theater department, are both regulars at Toast, a popular university bar on Broadway and 125th Street, sources said.
The professor, who is black, had been engaged in a fiery discussion about “white privilege” with Davis, who is white, and another male regular, who is also white, Friday night at 10:30 when fists started flying, patrons said.
McIntyre, who is known as “Mac” at the bar, shoved Davis, and when the other patron and a bar employee tried to break it up, the prof slugged Davis in the face, witnesses said.
“The punch was so loud, the kitchen workers in the back heard it over all the noise,” bar back Richie Velez, 28, told The Post. “I was on my way over when he punched Camille and she fell on top of me.”
The other patron involved in the dispute said McIntyre then took a swing at him after he yelled, “You don’t hit a woman!”
“He knocked the glasses right off my face,” said the man, who would only give his first name as “Shannon.” “The punch came out of nowhere. Mac was talking to us about white privilege and what I was doing about it — apparently I wasn’t doing enough.”
McIntyre had squabbled with Davis several weeks earlier over issues involving race, witnesses said. As soon as the professor threw the punch Friday, server Rob Dalton and another employee tossed him out.
“It was a real sucker punch,” Dalton said. “Camille’s a great lady, always nice to everybody, and doesn’t deserve anything like this.”
Davis was spotted wearing sunglasses yesterday to conceal the black eye. Reached at her Columbia office, she declined to comment on the alleged attack.
McIntyre was released without bail at his arraignment last night.
“It was a very unfortunate event,” he said afterwards. “I didn’t mean for it to explode the way it did.”
